• How do I upload an MRI scan?

  An MRI scan is required for most treatments.

  To upload an MRI you simply need to visit the Am I Eligible page, fill out the candidate form and press send application. Once your application has been sent you will be asked to upload your MRI.

  If your MRI is not ready, but you would like to get in touch anyway, you can send out an application form and send the MRI at a later date.

• Is Regenexx treatment covered by a private health insurance in the UK?

  No, it isn’t. We are in the process of approaching certain private insurers in the UK and the update will be published as soon as we get the answer from them.

• What payment options are available?

  We accept bank transfers, card payments, payments over the phone and cash. We do not accept cheques.

• What are the costs of Regenex treatments?

  The exact cost depends on the treatment plan which is outlined during the consultation. As a general guide, stem cell treatment starts from £7,000 and platelet rich plasma treatment starts from £1,600.

• Will I need a rehabilitaion after the treatment?

  In most cases yes. The detailed rehabilitation plan is given to patient after the treatment.

• Is the procedure painful?

  Most patients tolerate the treatment very well. Some patients request a light sedation.
